The Food Enterprise Workshop is an exciting new opportunity, and the first of it’s kind in the country. It will give you the chance to have a day in the life of a food entrepreneur in a fun and engaging environment.
The Food Enterprise Workshop is designed to help individuals
from Leicester City who are interested in starting their own
food business but need that extra bit of motivational and
business support. No prior experience in food business is necessary, just a passion for food and the ability to prepare and cook your food idea.
The free two day workshop breaks down the key legal requirements of what you must do to start a business and offers access to
free ingredients so you can test your own ideas in a real life
market environment.
We have a professional and dedicated workshop coach housed within a purpose built workshop fully equipped with modern catering facilities located conveniently in Leicester‘s Indoor Market.
